WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We are an online retailer based in Scotland, UK.  We don’t currently sell through shops, retailers or any other websites.

DO YOU SELL OTHER BRANDS?

No.  We only sell our own Couronne Equestrian products.  Be assured as equestrians ourselves, we strive to offer you the best quality, fit and comfort for your money! 

 

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Here at Couronne Equestrian we want to make sure our customers are happy!  We want to ensure you receive the correct product, where it be down to fit, size or colour.  You can buy with confidence, being assured if you’re not happy with the item you received we will refund you or exchange the item providing it is returned unworn and within our returns Terms and Conditions.

With regards to the Consumer Contract Regulations; for a refund/ exchange we must be notified within 14 days of receiving your purchase and return any products within 28 days unless otherwise stated.

 

Send us an email to: info@couronneequestrian.co.uk to confirm the order status.  Then simply print the Returns/ Exchange Form, which you will find at the bottom of our page, enclosed with your items.

 

 

ERRORS WITH ORDER

If there is an error with your order or an item is missing, we would like to put this right.  Please contact us on: info@couronneequestrian.co.uk as soon as possible.

 

 

 

WRONG ITEM

In the unlikely event, the item you ordered is wrong, please contact us a soon as possible (within 14 days of receipt)  info@couronneequestrian.co.uk 

We will be happy to advise you on how to proceed with the return and we will cover postage costs due to our error.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe an item you received to be faulty, please contact us via email: info@couronneequestrian.co.uk

 

 

REFUNDS

Please note that any refunds or exchanges will only be granted if item is in original state; original tags and swing tags attached, the item is unworn, and is in the same condition for Couronne Equestrian to be able to process any refunds/ exchanges.  For further information, please visit our ‘RETURNS PAGE’.

 

 

PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow us 10 working days for any refunds to appear back in your own account.  The original account you made the payment with will be credited.  Further time may be required depending on your bank or payment process time.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We also accept American Express. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. 

 

 

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

Yes, you can, providing it has not already been dispatched.  Please contact us immediately and we will try to arrange this for you.  Please note we are very busy and there is only a limited amount of time to do so, if your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot cancel/ amend it at this point.

 

DO YOU OFFER SPONSORSHIP?

Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship at this current time.  We will however, be actively looking for brand ambassadors in the future.  We receive a huge number of sponsorship and brand ambassador queries so we hope you understand that it isn’t always possible to reply to each individual, but we try our best!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer several different options, please see our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.  We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

 


 
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED? 

We will notify you by email with dispatch date and tracking number so as you can keep an eye out for your order arriving!

 

 

SALES AND REDUCED TO CLEAR ITEMS

All sale and reduced to clear items are non- refundable.

 

DISCOUNTS

Discounts only valid at couronneequestrian.co.uk

One discount per transaction.  Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  Sale items are excluded from discount.  Couronne Equestrian reserves the right to end offers without notice.

 

PRODUCT CARE

We ensure that all our products have been tested by riders.  We have selected the best quality fabrics, however please take care with your technical products to avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.  Avoid contact with Velcro, as this can damage the soft fabric and cause bobbling.  This is not a manufacturing fault, therefore refunds or exchanges are not possible if this occurs.

Please note fabric conditioners can occasionally affect printing on products, it is advised to was items inside out.  Washing instructions must be followed, as o refund will be offered because of these defects.  Do no iron or place products under direct heat sources.  Please refer to the ‘Product Care’ page on our website.

 

HOW DO THE PRODUCTS FIT?

We include detailed descriptions for each of our products.  It will be indicated in the product description if sizes vary from the norm and if so we will make recommendations to the customer depending on the tailoring and fit.  Any questions please do not hesitate to email us: info@couronneequestrian.co.uk  We will be happy to help!

 

 

ARE THE LEGGINGS SUITABLE FOR GYM USE?

Absolutely!  Our products have been created for multiple uses, from horse- riding to a work out I the gym.  The nature of the fabric allows ease of movement but remaining supportive.

 

I’M UNSURE OF THE TRUE COLOUR?

We try our best to ensure that the product photos portray their true colours.  However sometimes colours can look different or vary upon different screens.  Social Media posts and customer photographs may differ slightly in colour from those on our website.
